How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile, then the red "Delete account" button at the bottom, then confirm. You can also email us. See Delete account.
Where is my data stored?
On servers of Timeweb Cloud in the Russian Federation. Some content is processed by third-party AI providers. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
What does the AI do with my messages?
It extracts structured data such as engine hours, mileage, fuel, repairs and parts. Phone numbers and email addresses in message text are masked automatically before the text is sent to an AI provider. AI can make mistakes, so please verify important entries.
Is the app free?
Yes, the app is free to download and use. There are no in-app purchases. Companies that need additional team features can arrange a paid plan with us separately, by agreement and invoice.
I deleted a message or machine by mistake. Can it be restored?
The current version does not support restoring deleted items. Please contact support and we will see what we can do.
